Air, butter, and terroir of flour in perfect balance! Just a hint of sourdough, a buttery kiss at the end yielding a slightly roasted taste...the perfect balance between bread & pastry (& a bit of savoir-faire): heaven!:) The difference artisanally-made makes. A big shout-out to all croissant-lovers out there!
