Notes
This croissant was sweeter than it was buttery, and quite dense (almost chewy). I actually quite liked it, but it didn't fall under the narrow categories I had in my head of what makes a croissant (ie: light, fluffy and buttery). Once I adjusted my expectations, I really enjoyed this treat!
