Notes
I usually prefer a plain butter croissant to pain au chocolat but this one was something special. The outside glistened and encased a light fluffy pocket of air with a good amount of chocolate. Usually the chocolate is overwhelming but this one had the right balance of chocolate to pastry. Well done!
