Wow...disappointed in this little round croissant I was served. I was ok with the burnt (or very dark) strip over the top which got too close to the element in the oven, but when I tore that baby open, it was still raw. Yep, not proofed enough, not airy, not yummy good. Sadly not a great experience, more like a little weighted ball. They do make great bread, so perhaps it was an off day, but first croissant experience and not on the top of the list.
