A little too blond for my likely at first glance. I almost knew right away that it was going to under delivery. Great big bubble in the middle, not bad, but no butter, no flavor, not lots of flake. I hate to think they buy them from a box and proof for the public...but I could be right. I think they should stick with their name - the Bagel Shop. Now those are pretty good...but that's another crawl.
