First off, they only had baby croissants today, half the size of their normal ones, which I gotta say are smaller than most across the city to begin with. And I don't appreciate how much the roast or toast the tops...just a little too dry and dark in my opinion, but the chef claims that in France, that is the way they look. Anyway, today they served little croissants, because they didn't proof them enough was the story I was told. The flavour was ok, the flake was 'C-runchy', and not much bubble or butter. I have had better in the city, but this place is enjoyed by so many on the neighbourhood strip, just not my ideal location.
